Goodnight digger

A new luxury apartment complex is going in next to our community.  Now, almost all of our walks include a stop by the construction site to watch the diggers, rollers, and bulldozers do their work.

Chase has been so wrapped up in this world, that we couldn't help but get him his own construction "dude" hat off and stumbled upon the greatest little boy book of all time.... Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site.  We read it EVERY night.

When we aren't watching the construction trucks, we are doing some constructing of our own.  I don't know when toddlers start to use their imagination, but at 20 months, Chase is not only building different vehicles, but when I asked Chase what he was doing... he replied "I make too-choo train mommy".... once again, blown away!
