I can't say enough about happy we are with Chase as a big brother.
I've said it before, we had so many worries that he would struggle to
adjust or harbor jealousy. We haven't seen one glimpse of it luckily.
Even better, he always want to be there to help Whitney. I have to slow
myself down and stop myself from saying "no bud, I'm gonna do it," but
instead say "wow, that is so kind of you to help with your sister, what a
good big brother."
Sometimes he is really helpful,
other times, his help is more of a drive by tornado of diapers and wipes
leaving a path of destruction in his wake. But we breathe it in, and
thank the lord he loves her and wants to be involved.
