8 months

Hey big boy!  You had a major growth spurt this month.  It seems like you doubled in size overnight.  This was a fun month.  You are the happiest boy.  You go to bed happy and wake up smiling and giggling.  Mommy won't let you cry-it-out yet, so you still get up a few times at night to eat, but you happily go back to bed and are getting better at putting yourself to sleep. 

You favorite tops are your teething ring from Grandma and your cell phone from Lucy.  You conquered hand, foot and mouth disease this month and weighed in at 17lbs 4oz!  You favorites foods are butternut squash, yogurt and applesauce.  You are starting to get the hang of chewing with your puffs and cheerios.

You love to bounce and if you aren't in either of your bouncers, you happily bounce on our laps while we hold your hands.  You love to smile and easily laugh.  You always laugh when mommy makes kissy noises or says Ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-ma.  It is so sweet
