Kevin decided to surprise me (and nugget) with a Valentine's day picnic at our favorite winery. Kevin had a little too much faith in the weatherman's 50 degree forecast and we quickly surmised there would be no picnicking outside, in the snow. Being the
VIPs winos we are, our good friends at Breaux allowed us to bring our contraband picnic inside. Oh and a bottle of wine on the house to celebrate our little nugget's arrival.
So our grassy picnic turned into a swanky valentine's day celebration in the barrel room.
The picnic was going well until Nugget decided he would much rather nap in his crib. At home. So picnic plan B took effect.
Once we were home and Chase was napping, we continued Picnic Plan B in front of the fire in the kitchen.
It was a perfect Valentine's day picnic.
