Last Friday the Townhouse went on the market and by Saturday night we had up to 4 offers coming in! With a ratified contract we were off to shop for a house!
What a stressful project. Unlike our other home shopping adventures... we had 2 kids to plan for. We wanted a nice backyard, plenty of space in the house, and good schools. And we are so lucky we found the perfect place!
As an added bonus, the playground is across the street!
We actually ratified the contract on the new house while trick or treating with friends. The best part was that we did it all by our cell phones... yep, "there's an app for that!"
This weekend we were so excited we drove by the house and took the opportunity on a cold Sunday afternoon to play on that playground across the street from our soon to be house. Definitely the first memory of many many years to come! Blessed!
