This was one of those perfect weekends! I have been running the Rec Committee for Spring Lakes and Friday was supposed to be our big end of school pool party, but with Thunderstorms in the forecast, we postponed the party until Saturday which left Kevin and I with a babysitter for a date night on Friday. A rare occasion, we spent the evening at a local winery, enjoying wine, friends, and a good summer thunderstorm.
Saturday was a lot of yard work before I started setting up for the big party. We are so lucky to have such a great neighborhood of people. The set up was easy and the fun was underway!
Chase and the other 180 kids lined up for snow cones. That and the pool games were by far the most popular attractions!
